Run is the most primitive skills in people’s life, which is the most basic form of track and field. But sprint is one of the symbol of the project, because of its entertaining and competitive. In recent years, with the research of sprint theory deepen increasingly and the widely application of scientific training approach, the improvement of sprint score is beyond people’s traditional viewsIn many researching bibliography, the biomechanics content in accelerating run part are short relatively, so to find the characteristics of biomechanics after launching sprint run, I tend to find a breakthrough point in the first four steps of sprint run after launching, and I will use high speed camera to get the material I need. In this way, I can explore the inner relationship of runners’ body gestures, gravity speed, angle of pedaling, swinging speed and length after swinging the legs when they are in acceleration stage, which reveals the system of strength in sprint so that it can provide the reference for technological teaching and scientific training. The high speed camera installs in Xi’an Physical Education University. Before testing, put the camera in the right side of the spot. Make axis normal to the plane motion, and there are16meters between camera and runners, the machine is1.2meters tall, shooting frequency for120cycles per second. And then the obtained data will be stored, analyzed and processed.The characteristics of the first four steps of the accelerated running of sprint are as following:(1) The changing tendency are almost the same. To evaluate accelerated run, I can refer to gravity speed and gravity level speed;(2) The length of the first four steps accelerated run increase gradually and the longest one is the third step to reach average of0.25meters per second;(3) The total time of the start of the first four steps accelerated run with the moment of above the ground and on the ground reduces gradually, so do everyone;(4) Support phase of the knee joint as a buffer on the run a knee Angle evidently decreased stage, this is due to speed up the first steps in order to get the run relatively full after the pedal force, on the one hand, with low center of gravity to get smaller pedal Angle after, because the upper serious forward, swinging leg still in time to fully open the calf, into support phase, or swinging leg knee joint Angle has landed small, therefore can not be like the way that run by reducing the knee joint Angle and achieve the purpose of the buffer. On the other hand the support legs to do the type of active push to blow after can obtain the acceleration of the body needs after pedal force, such action after deng caused pedal off the ground than the knee joint Angle on the run.I would like to put forward some suggestions:(1) Increase the muscle electrical testing of the stage of start running;(2) Pay attention to improve more scientific training method during sprint training and emphasize on the balance development of two arms;(3) Not only strengthen the practice of strength quality, but also pay attention to the flexible development.
