The Research On Funding Innovative Of Private Colleges

In recent years, the quantity and scale of private colleges in China have made great progress, but in the "aura" behind it is also facing the huge challenge. By private colleges and universities financing without a clear definition of property rights, for-profit unknown, government cost-sharing fuzzy, single structure and the absence of law of education development funds shortage, has become the bottleneck that restricts the sustainable development of private colleges in China.This paper focuses on solving the problem of capital shortage of Civilian-run Colleges and universities in China, with capital into perspective, in the private universities financing related concepts and theoretical basis, in-depth analysis of the status and reasons, financing problems of Chinese private universities, private colleges and universities actively learn from the main western developed countries financing model, presents the importance of private the development of colleges and universities, to strengthen the government support to do the basic countermeasures and suggestions.
