With the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, colleges anduniversities sports no matter from theory and practice has been rapid development,butin the second national health physique monitoring results are worrying, the resultsshow that the students’ physical quality decline year by year in our country, in order tobetter promote the development of physical education and improve thestudents’physical quality and health level, mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, quantity statistics and logicanalysis, and the scene view method of capital normal university public physicaleducation in the form of investigation, this thesis mainly theoretical basis is in2002the ministry of education issued "national ordinary higher school physical educationcurriculum guidelines". From a different perspective, comprehensive in-depth analysis.The following research conclusions:(1)the proportion of capital normal university physical education curriculumguiding ideology towards "lifetime sports" the guiding ideology, but relativelyinsufficient consciousness, not reached complete unity.(2)the capital normal university public physical education course type is quitereasonable, but emerging project is less, the actual teaching hours is relatively small,can’t meet the demand of students’ learning.(3)the physical education teachers use their own familiar with the teachingmethod, teaching method is single, the knowledge structure is relatively lag. Forsports theory class teaching quality is not high, poor teaching effect, teachers’conceptions of teaching.(4)the learning evaluation system is not perfect, to student’s learning evaluationmethod is relatively single, main evaluation alone, to student’s individual differencesand personality factor is less. Teacher evaluation method too lay particular stress onthe scientific research ability, and ignore the physical education curriculum teachingability.(5)type basic sports facilities is all ready, but the relatively small number of sportsplaygrounds, cannot meet the needs of students.(6)teacher teachers team construction is not optimistic, highly educated, high titleof serious lack of talent, external communication study is less, the knowledgestructure of update slower.
