"Poor student" is the objective existence in the school education teaching activity, this groupcurrently has a tendency to gradually expand. Can not ignore the elementary education as basiceducation, there is also a "poor student" such a special group. To ensure the fairness of theteaching, make every student can get good development,"poor student" problems should causethe attention of teachers, parents and society.This study based on the comprehensive investigation of existing research at home andabroad, using the methods of case study, the use of the education internship, based on a poorstudent of the elementary school higher grades for half a year’s observation, deeply explore thelearning trapped reason. After a deep analysis of its forming reason, the author tries to families,teachers, and gives the suggestion to poor student himself, so as to teachers and parents in theprevention of poor student issues to provide certain reference and reference.This paper will be divided into three parts:The first part from the theory of needs, the needs of the reality and personal interest in threeaspects are introduced in this study the cause of topic selection, and combed the domestic andforeign to the definition of the concept of "poor student", as well as the formation andtransformation of poor student related research. Finally, briefly introduces the selection of objectof study and the research mentality and related research methods.The second part firstly introduces the background of the research object, and then to theobject of study as the center, to the interview, parents, students and the teacher in charge, to fullyunderstand the specific situation of the research object and traits of character, and then presentstwo research object typical classroom performance. According to the researcher’s observationand data collection, in-depth understanding of the object of study on the problems existing in thestudy.The third part from the family education, school education, students themselves and otherfactors four aspects discusses the may lead to the object of study learning difficulties and reasonsof unhealthy moralities, and proposed corresponding countermeasures. Personality has: reasonsthings out the guiding strategy, the practice experience of the strategy, etc.; In study, in the family,pay attention to students’ daily education, give full of love; In school, let the students feel the attention of teachers and students, strengthen parent-school cooperative efforts.
