The key characteristics of the occupation education decides that it mustimplement engineering training, and combine substituted exercitation mode. In recentyears, under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, in the occupation college,the student internships go on the right track, and become more standardized. Manycolleges also get some good experience and methods, students’ rights have beenguaranteed.When the internship goes deeper,crisis event probability of theinternship increases greatly, and also increases the diversity and complexity of thecrisis events. This is an unavoidable reality, so the internship crisis management forthe occupation colleges is particularly important.However, currently, most studies about internship crisis management are onlyfrom the colleges’ view point. As a result, there are many deficiencies, this kind ofresearch idea doesn’t works well, even though it looks well and reasonable. In fact,teaching practice is a systematic project, which involves government, industry,enterprise, society, higher vocational colleges and students. It can’t works well withonly one or two subsystems’ responsibility, but all the participators. Similarly,internship crisis management also involves more than a participator, if without thecooperation with each other, it is difficult to effectively prevent or cope with the crisis.Therefore, from the view point of effective cooperation with multiple subjects, theaim of this paper is how to build a more completed and effective crisis managementmechanism.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter Introduction. To introduce the thesis’ background, researchsignificance, the current research study about the status and methodologies forinternship crisis management with its related subjects for multiple subjects both inand out of China.The second chapter The Theory and rationality analysis for higher vocationalfundamental work. Firstly, to define practice "crisis","crisis management practice","multiple subject" in the article, and then analyze the reasonability of cooperation with multiple subjects from the view point of theory and reality.The third chapter The important role for multiple subject in higher vocationalfield work, the status of crisis management and use. This part mainly analyze theposition and functions of crisis management of the government, the vocationalcolleges and enterprises, news media, intern in the field work.The fourth chapter To study and analysis the status and reasons of internshipcrisis. The status of multiple subjects is analyzed, and do research on the reasons fortheir disadvantages of internship crisis with multiple subjects for higher occupationcolleges.The fifth part Build a multiple cooperation mechanism of crisis in highervocational engineering training was thinking. legal guarantee system, organizationand coordination, information communication, the resources conformity subject toeffectively respond to the crisis in higher vocational engineering training.
