The21st century is the global knowledge era,so becoming a learning talent is an inevitable requirement of this era.Under this background,educators began to think about how to cultivate students’learning ability and be truly concerned about the growth and development of each student.Traditional teaching is mainly accepted teaching,whereas, using the learning-plan as a carrier for teaching,the learning-plan guided teaching can effectively strengthen students’learning ability and highlight the dominant position of students.So I selected the case of junior high school biology as a subject of study design.This paper has6parts.Part Ⅰ:The research background and the status quo.By studying the research background and the current situation,I analyzed the situation of learning-plan research and its practical use,raised the problems and clarified the significance of the study,described the methods used in the study.Part Ⅱ:The theoretical basis for the learning-plan design.To explore the theoretical basis the learning-plan design should follow,I choose constructivism,self-directed learning theory ect.as the starting point to elaborate.Then I mentioned the enlightenment given by these theories and try to make the learning-plan design meet the law of teaching in junior high school and finally improve the initiative of students’learning biology.Part Ⅲ:The principles of learning-plan design. This section identifies5principles to be followed when design a learning-plan:students-centered principles,logical principles,heuristic principles,principles of openness,service principles.These principles plays a guiding role in designing the learning-plan.Part IV:The design of a learning-plan.IⅠ selected animal’s movement, the first lesson of the second part of module animal biosphere,as a typical case and designed3types of learning-plan:the new teaching learning-plan,the reviewing learning-plan and the expanding learning-plan.The three types of learning-plan have meet the requirements of the theories and principles of guidance.Part V:The implementation and evaluation of the learning-plan.I chose the students from Class7、Class8Jinan No.20Middle School as the object of the research,conducted the learning-plan guided teaching.Through questionnaires,interviews,Ⅰ analyzed and evaluated the implementation of the learning-plan teaching.Part Ⅵ:Conclusion.By analyzing the practical effect of the learning-plan guided teaching,I made a preliminary conclusion that the learning-plan guided teaching can enhance the students’initiative in learning biology.Due to my limited teaching practice,the learning-plan design still needs to be improved so I hope that further research can compensate for this.Through this research,I draw the following conclusions:if the junior biology learning-plan is well-designed under the guidance of theories,it achieve these goals as follows after reasonably use; improve students’s interest in learning biology,improve students’innovation capacity, grades,students’self-learning ability.Although the mode of learning-plan guided teaching has not yet developed,the learning-plan act as an important link between teachers and students under the new curriculum background,the learning-plan guide teaching plays a significant role in promoting the "students-centered,teacher-led"teaching.
