| The new curriculum reform is in full swing.The new biology curriculum standards initiate for all the students and improve students’ biological sense and the inquiry learning.So the important part of our teaching and research is how to accomplish these goals in the classroom,enable students to be the protagonists of schooling effectively and improve the quality of classroom teaching.In recent years,Our school has actively explored and established the model of effective classroom teaching,which is the “learn first and teach behind,classroom training”teaching mode.In this mode of high efficient classroom reform,the author has actively explored and draw up and carry out corresponding Guided Learning Plan,which has achieved the significant results in the teaching of biology.This paper adopts the Action Research method,and the author selected two classes to carry out the Guided Learning Plan in Grade Seven.After a year of exploration and practice,the author has gradually explored the basic steps and methods of Guided Learning Plan preparation of biology,and has listed some cases of Guided Learning Plan.Meanwhile the paper sets forth in details about how to implement biological Guided Learning Plan in classroom,and the author also explained how to use the questionnaires to analyze the idea of students and teachers in the research of Guided Learning Plan.The author designed some interviews for the rural teachers to get some recommendations for improving teaching strategies in the research of Guided Learning Plan.The study concludes that the teaching of Guided Learning Plan can significantly improve students’ learning ability and learning efficiency,and it can also help students to form a good study habit and improve the team work ability.The purpose of this paper is to provide some guidance and references for the majority of front-line teachers,and to arouse them to draw up Guided Learning Plan which is more suitable for students in rural junior high school to learn biology. |
