With the rapid development of the network course construction, network courses emerges in endlessly, and his instructional platform has diverse forms in the content, function, form and other aspects. Due to the special nature of the network teaching, the form of teaching and teaching interaction in the process of teaching become the main factor to influence the effect of online teaching, and more and more scholars start to pay attention and focus on these two aspects. PBL (Problem-Based Learning, referred to as PBL) is a instructional mode. This mode make the "problem","learner","collaborative learning" as the center, construct teaching situation based on problem-solving, and has a clear advantage to improve the enthusiasm of learners, problem solving skills and creative thinking etc. by starting learning activities for learners. PBL-based teaching model is equally suitable for teaching under the network environment. Currently, PBL is mainly focus on theoretical studies of model, design, application and analysis. Very few courses to study PBL network course from the angle of the instructional interaction design and development.This paper explores and researches the PBL network courses instructional mode and its platform design combined with teaching interaction. Based on reading a lot of literature, propose the PBL network instructional mode by analysis about research results and current situation of the existing PBL network course, combined with the existing of PBL mode and network course model. The teaching process consists of problem stage, resources phase, program phase, and evaluation phases, and the instructional interactive divided into two categories of personalized interaction and social interaction. On this basis, propose the ideas of PBL network course instructional interaction platform design. Problem stage and resource stage of the teaching process is mainly to personalized interaction. Program phase and evaluation phases is mainly to social interaction. In addition, in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching, design interactive incentives in the interactive process, such as points system, badge system and so an. Finally, launch platform implementation and initial teaching practice relying on the course of "modern teaching media and digital learning resources ". In summary, this study explores the PBL network courses instructional interactive platform three levels of the design, development, and application. The innovation of study is designed the PBL network instructional interactive mode, in order to effectively promote the initiative and enthusiasm of learners to interact on the platform. However, due to the influence of various factors, the capabilities of the platform are to be further improved, and the effect of platform applications needs further validation.
