The issue of instruction value, as a radical problem of the instruction field, has been a hot topic among the academic. However, the ecological orientation of human cuture demands a fundamental change on the instruction-value understanding from the traditional subject-object thinking to an integral and process-oriented thinking.The Whitehead’s Organic Philosophy based on the theory of "process and relevance", becomes the trend of20th metaphysics and permeates its influence into a multitude of fields. Inspecting the instruction-value problem from the perspective of Organic Philosophy, means that instruction should be taken as an organism. We found two methodology revelations from Organic Philosophy based on the above starting point:process is the most important thing in the becoming of an organism; the becoming of an organism is a process that needs to make a good balance between individuality and relevance. These provide a new vision towards inquring the instruction-value problem.Inquiring the problem from the perspective of Orgnic Philosophy, we found the instruction-value subject and the course got lost. The radical reason of it was the substance thinking, which attached great emphasis on the one-side value of instruction rather than the integrity, and on the straight line value of instruction rather than the development. Thus it results in the lost of instruction-value subject and the course."Process-relevance" thinking model insists on this idea that the instruction value should surpass the perspective of substance thinking, and regard wisdom as the ultimate orientation of instruction.The wisdom-oriented value of instruction refers to the satisfying, enjoying and creating of the instruction organism towards student, teacher and instruction itself. We could get a better appreciation of this concept from the following five aspects:fisrtly, instruction is an organism; secondly, instruction turns out to be a regression during the transition between concentration and the romantic; thirdly, instruction realizes a radical transformation between stability and conflict; fourthly, instruction is full of love and revering; lastly, instruction is a place where teacher, student and instruction itself live harmoniously.Teacher and student, as the primary elements of instruction, bear a complusory duty in realizing the instruction value. Transforming from " teacher-student relationship" to "teacher-student organism", and flybacking to the nature of development and intergrowth of teacher and student are the key points in achieving the wisdom-oriented value of instruction.
