The education needs the fervor, the wisdom and the pain, and only the pain with fervor and the wisdom can be rooted in the hearts of the people. The education that aims to inspire and develop the wisdom of the students needs to be realized by means of the instruction wisdom of the intelligent teachers. Only the intelligent teachers can train the intelligent human talents. On the one hand, intelligent teachers are the needs of teachers' professional development. On the other hand, the instruction is the personal and creative activity of the teachers, and the instruction wisdom can be cultivated in the process of the instruction and offers the guarantee of the wisdom for the instruction activities.The paper has a narrative research with the assistance of the literature research, comparative research and inductive research. It attempts to reorganize relevant materials and cases to have a research on the instruction wisdom through the analysis of the cases of six superfine teachers (Yu Yi, Qian Menglong, Li Jilin, Dou Guimei, Han Jun and Li Zhenxi) in the aspects of teaching style and teaching wit. It concludes the crucial elements that have influence on forming the instruction wisdom. It aims to provide some resources and help for the novice teachers' development, and offer some new materials for the improvement of training quality of the training organization. What's more, it aims to stimulate the novice teachers to realize professional mature, and give the novice teachers some referential strategies of seeking the independent development. Furthermore, it aims to improve the educational level, speed up the advancement of teachers' professional development and highlight teachers' status in education reform.The paper begins with the definition of education wisdom and the instruction wisdom, and on the basis of basic features of the instruction wisdom (practicality and originality), the paper concludes the basic connotation of the instruction wisdom. The instruction wisdom refers to the comprehensive professional literacy and the manifestation of the knowledge, emotion and ideas of the teachers, which is formed through the mutual interaction of the instruction system elements according to the experience, reflection and conclusion in the instruction practice. Moreover, the paper analyzes basic elements of the instruction wisdom—education ideas, teaching style and teaching tact.The paper chooses six superfine teachers (Yu Yi, Qian Menglong, Li Jilin, Dou Guimei, Han Jun and Li Zhenxi) as the subjects, and has a comparative research to the instruction wisdom and its generation. The research concludes the personal teaching style of the six superfine teachers, and selects the excellent classroom memoir to be the corroboration of the research. The paper retraces the teachers' teaching experience and concludes the crucial elements that have influence on forming the instruction wisdom. At last, it concludes the common features of the instruction wisdom of the six superfine teachers.The paper chooses six superfine teachers (Yu Yi, Qian Menglong, Li Jilin, Dou Guimei, Han Jun and Li Zhenxi) as the subjects, and has a comparative research to the instruction wisdom. In the last part of the paper, the writer proposes some effective strategies that can promote the form of the instruction wisdom and teachers' professional development. (1) Activating and establishing teachers' self-development consciousness; (2) Richening teachers' individual knowledge reserve; (3) Deepening teachers' teaching experience and the reflection; (4) Constructing cooperative teacher culture and study team.The teacher always enters the student life through the instruction of specific curriculum. The production of the instruction wisdom also always cannot leave the specific soil and the background. The research breaks the old model that has separated from specific curriculum, and has promulgated the common and different features of the production of instruction wisdom of Chinese teachers at different stages. The paper will provide new materials and ideas for teachers' professional development, the form of the instruction and the instruction wisdom research in the background of specific curriculum.
