The cultivation of wisdom of normal university students is the need of the times, so as personal professional development of normal students themselves. The paper gave an exploration on the process of how the normal university students develop the educational wisdom first, and then analysis factors of go against in so far normal education do, last puts forward the improvement strategy.At the very beginning of paper there are introduction for the background of the problem, the value of the research and the review of related literature, and then put forward the research ideas, contents and methods of this paper. After that, to define and clarify the basic ideas of process philosophy concepts, Involved the subjectivity principle, feeling and experience,"the Insert-whole", process principle, view of knowledge.Secondly, the paper analysis how the Normal University Students’ educational wisdom generation in view of process philosophy. The viewpoint of the paper is that, the educational wisdom generation is a process, this process is in deep weaving with the awaked of students subjectivity and self-educated, and experience both in primary school and middle school and college, and the knowledge he or she gets which is complete and partake in his or life, and something that absolutely necessary is feeling that affect to life to children and to the career of education.The main problems of go against with the educational wisdom grow on the current higher normal education that analyzed. There are excessively restricted on students subjectivity development, education experience has not obtained the effective value, the poverty of knowledge of teacher education, and the affect of high teacher-student is not sufficient.Finally puts forward the improvement strategy. Mainly set the oriented education concept of students’ subjectivity first; pay attention to normal university students previously experience, and further there are now educational practice experience; to deepen the understanding and awareness of educational knowledge, make the knowledge to complete, vividly presented; make correct understanding of the significance of college students emotional education, re-confirmation of aesthetic education curriculum value, and pay attention to the cultivation of emotional teacher education in classroom teaching and specific activity.In a word, generating of normal university students’educational wisdom in is not accomplish at one stroke, but there is a process, this process can be development depends on the coordination between the above factors, there are promoting each other.
