The development of pupils’ subjectivity is an important stage about thedevelopment of human consciousness. Cultivating the subjectivity of pupils is notonly an educational problem, but also a social problem. With the deepening ofeducational reform and the advancing of quality education, pupils’ subjectivequestions stand out. However, the subjectivity’s development of primary schoolstudents was in a relatively weak phase, so relying on guidelines for teachers andparents. If the primary school pupils can realize autonomous learning and go on adegree of independent living under the education complete a degree of individualsocialization and eventually develops a “free” character, the education hascompleted the task of fostering pupils ’ subjective.This paper based on the account of the background and significance of words,analyze a four-year elementary school student’ subjectivity inherent in thedevelopment of the state and the ideal condition, concluded the factors thataffecting development of its subjectivity. Mainly includes the teachers ’ teachingidea and the value orientation of primary school education; Teaching mode and theteacher-student relationship;“Possession orientation” when students are in theknowledge learning; Value orientation of education and parenting style of theparents. According to this, thesis explored the issue of how to nurture theirsubjectivity, and think that inspire pupils’ self awareness is the key, establishing“student-oriented” philosophy of education is the direction signs, build up theappropriate teaching mode and enhanced the guidance of peer interaction shouldtake priority in practice.
