Because the essential requirement and value goal of socialist society is the all-rounddevelopment of people, the starting point of socialist country with Chinese characteristicsproceed from the interests of the people, and strive to improve the comprehensivedevelopment of Socialist People’s. Innovation has become the need of social developmentin a diversified competition of society, in which the talent is based on education. In order todevelop the education, innovation is also very important. Youth are thought as the future ofthe motherland and the hope of the nation, who shoulder the historical heavy responsibility,so innovative education carried out in them is the call of the times. This paper mainlyfocuses on the theory of human’s comprehensive development as the instruction andinnovation education for primary and middle school students, which is divided into fiveparts:Part1: Introduction. The first part of the article introduce the selected topic reason fromthe domestic and foreign scholars on the all-round development to innovation of educationresearch, Moreover, the topics of theoretical and practical value is introduced, and theresearch method of this article is briefly introduced.Part2: The second part of the article introduce the relationship between the theory ofhuman’s comprehensive development and innovation education. In these, the connotationof theory of human’s comprehensive development and innovation education are introduced,and it analyzes the relationship. The implementation of innovative education is thetheoretical basis and realistic way of realizing people’s overall development, and all-rounddevelopment of people is specified multiple perspectives on innovation education.Part3: The third part of the article introduce necessity of implementing innovationeducation in primary and middle school students of all-round development of human underthe target. First, the implementing innovation education in primary and middle schoolstudents is necessary for all-round development of human under the target, then separatelyfrom the era of knowledge economy calls for creative education, the national development,national rejuvenation, the construction innovation country, deepening and developmentneeds innovation education elaborate the importance of innovation education and qualityeducation. Then it use the "Tsien Hsueshen asked" to illustrate the urgency of innovationeducation.Part4: We take the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region demonstration school formiddle school as an example, and we discusse the main problems existing in our country. it carried out innovative education in primary and middle school students. Moreover, weanalyzes the problems.Part5: We discusse the main principles and Countermeasures to strengthen theinnovative education in primary and secondary school students. And it comes from the fouraspects of family, teachers, school, society, respectively. The innovation educationcountermeasures should be discussed at different levels.
