With the high-speed development of information technology, the society also presents a bigger challenge for teachers. Teachers’professional development has become each country the new trend in the development of teacher education. Education technology ability is an important part of teacher professional development, and it is also a powerful tool for teachers’professional development. The ministry of education promulgated "the primary and secondary school teachers education technology ability standard (try out)" on December5,2004. More specification requirements are put forward for teachers’education technology ability. As a powerful reserve force of teachers, normal students is the main source of primary and secondary school teachers in our country, how to improve their education technology ability is a very important research question. In the paper educational technology ability is ETA. Educational technical ability level of normal student determines the future teacher education technique ability starting point. From the perspective of teachers’ professionalization, because Normal education phase is the starting point of teacher specialization, their ability should be consistent with the requirements of teaching jobs, as a complete process of teachers’professional.In the ministry of education launched "the national primary and secondary school teachers education technology ability construction plan ", under the guidance of in "the primary and secondary school teachers education technology ability standard (try out)"and the teacher professional development under the reference of related content, this paper design a normal education technical ability status questionnaire. Questionnaire was designed from the knowledge and skills, process and methods, application and innovation, the four dimensions of social responsibility, which mainly survey shaanxi normal university students internship before the status quo of education technology capacity. This paper also designs an interview outline, to investigate students’internship after the present situation of the related education technique ability. This paper puts forward the systematization of normal education technical ability training strategy on the basis of detailed analysis data and data.This paper includes consists of six chapters. First chapter is introduction, mainly elaborated this paper research background, research purpose and significance, research contents, ideas and methods, for the whole thesis laid a certain foundation. The second chapter as the research foundation, mainly for several key concept definition, research of theoretical basis, the research both at home and abroad, have provided the certain basis to the research of the whole thesis. The third chapter survey education technology ability of normal student. From three aspects in this paper, the design of the survey scheme, research idea, research method, data processing method; From two aspects in this paper, the questionnaire design, questionnaire design principles, the main content of the questionnaire; From the survey illustrates the implementation of survey how; and it analyzed the ETA status of students from the consciousness and attitude, knowledge and skills, the application and innovation, social responsibility from four aspects, mainly through the analysis of survey data, summarizing, sorting, draw the conclusion. The fourth chapter expounds the normal student education technical ability has a problem. It contains:(1) the application of new technology of consciousness is not strong;(2) not enough solid basis of knowledge of education technology, embodied in education technology learning theory, the role of information technology in teaching, video, audio, and animation teaching function and characteristics of the informatization instructional design;(3) the operation of the modern education technology ability is not strong embodied in:information, software technology and hardware technology, using technology to communicate;(4) the ability to use technology to optimize teaching is not strong (5) using education technology discipline research consciousness is not strong. The fifth chapter is to improve the students ETA systematic strategies,,which is shown as the following aspects:improve the students ability of education technology standard; Normal education technical ability training; Creating an environment of education technology application; Strengthen education effective use of technology in the education practice; For students in school education technology ability standard certification. Ultimate goal is to improve the students’education technology ability, better meet the challenges of the future Sixth chapter is epilogue, this paper expounds the research conclusion of this paper, and illustrates the innovation points and deficiencies of this raper.
