Among the training objectives of normal students, the enhancement of information technology application abilities is indispensable. With the evolution of information technology, normal universities attach more and more importance to the enhancement. In the normal universities, there are specialized public courses carrying the training tasks for information technology application abilities, such as"educational technology public course","information technology design and practice"and so on.With the deepening of research and practice, teachers in normal universities have gradually abandoned the traditional teaching mode or the simple technical practice mode. Now teachers prefer innovative teaching forms in the classroom, such as task-driven,practical experience, cooperative learning and exploring-building,etc.However,even if a course has the characteristics of innovative teaching, different teachers follow the same instructional design and basic protocol, but their teaching effectiveness is still different. Therefore, this thesis focus on the more depth, more detailed, and more fine-grained content-that is,the "support student micro strategy" that the study focuses on,which means the specific, tiny strategy that teachers use to support student meaning constructs. The carrier course in this research is the common course named "informationized teaching design and practice" set up by teachers in E university. The course has experience many times of teaching reform, and has embody the innovative teaching philosophy. The teaching reform team appoint a chief teacher, who leads the collective course preparation and teaching research,to ensure that the teaching content, teaching mode, teaching arrangements, curriculum assessment and other pre-teaching designs are same in different classes, and fianlly form a consistent basic protocol. In brief, the macro and medium strategies teachers used is consistent, but micro strategy can be different. This theis tries to answer some questions through the research:?Is the enhancement of information technology ability in different classes the same?? What are the micro strategies used by teachers, and if the enhancement is different apparently, then what are the micro strategies caused the difference??How effective are the micro strategies?Through the analysis of the micro strategies and the effectiveness of them, this study attempts to summarize a micro-strategy set and the corresponding recommendations of their usage,in order to support teachers to carry out better teaching of similar courses. This thesis is divided into six chapters, illustrate the research background, the research foundation, the research design and the implementation, the data analysis, the discussion and the summary detailed.Chapter 1 introduces the background, questions, methods and meaning of this research.Chapter 2 combs and analyzes the current situations of related concepts and contents in this research, and reveals the entry point of this research.Chapter 3 introduces the design and implementation process of this research, including three parts:process design, material collection and data analysis.Chapter 4 analyzes the data of normal students' ability evaluation and combs the support student micro strategy used by the teachers.Chapter 5 analyzes the relationship between the ability measurement data and the micro strategy, and then discusses the three support student micro strategies.Chapter 6 summarizes the research results and innovations of this research, and reflects the need for improvement in the research process, and clarifies the direction of future research efforts.
