With the development of the basic education reform and information process,the ability of education technical has become an important scale to evaluate the teachers' professional development.To strengthen the construction of teacher's education technique ability will help teachers to set up modern education concept and strengthen the teachers' teaching skills under the circumstance of information technology.Hence,as the normal university student who is to be teacher,it is an urgent problem at present which need solving to improve and train their education technical ability effectively, as well as to adapt to the request from the rapid development of information society for future education.Today,information technology has penetrated into all the aspects of the education field, "Internet + education" around the country develop rapidly.Cloud computing is also showing up with its unique characteristics and advantages.With time of cloud computing platform coming,it has provided a broad space and a clear direction for the modern education technology.This study mainly from the "modern education technology" from the perspective of public course, in order to "primary and secondary school teachers educational technology ability standard(Trial)" as the basis, based on the practice the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire investigation,and interviews according to the practice and focus on analyzing the problems existing in the process of normal education technical ability training,as well as reflecting on the problem. on the basis of analyzing the cloud platform of higher education courses, combining with the teaching advantages of the cloud platform and the feasibility of applying it to the training of normal college students' educational technology ability,this study put forward a set of normal education technical ability training strategy based on cloud platform,which is to design to improve students' education technology ability,to promote the development of pre-service teacher education in our country.This thesis is divided into six parts:the first part is introduction,mainly elaborates research background,research status at home and abroad,research purpose and significance,researchcontent and methods.The second part mainly elaborates the related concepts and the theoretical basis,and according to the public course of "modern education technology" and "primary and secondary school teachers educational technology ability standard(Trial)" to make analysis and interpretation.The third part is present situation investigation and analysis of the normal education technical ability training.Through the investigation of teachers and students from Shan Dong Normal University,Qing Dao University,Qu FuNormal University and Lu Dong University totally five higher normal colleges in Shandong province which study common course "modern education technology", this study obtain the training status and existing problems of normal education technical ability.The fourth part is aimed at the existing problems, on the basis of analyzing the cloud platform of higher education curriculum, combining the teaching advantages of cloud platform, put forward a cloud platform is applied to the feasibility of normal education technical ability training. The fifth part is based on the former two parts is put forward based on the cloud platform of normal education technical ability training strategy, Strategic content include:1. To strengthen the construction of network courses and build a new system of teaching content;2. Set up the innovation teaching idea, using a variety of teaching methods and means;3.Set up course resource database, build the information teaching environment;4. Improve teaching evaluation, establish a diversified network evaluation system;5. Improve the quality of teachers,and guide teachers to interact with the cloud platform;6. Pay attention to micro teaching,strengthen the cloud platform of educational practice support.The sixth part is summary and outlook, summarizes the research results of this study and conclusion,rethink the deficiencies profoundly, as well as putting forward further research study.
