Role Of College Counselors Students And Mechanisms To Deal With Crises In The Construction

In recent years, college students’ crises have occurred frequently, not only affects the students’ mental health growth, but also affect the normal teaching order of the school. As college student management workers, counselors take care of students’ physical and mental status, resolve conflicts, guide students’burden of the healthy growth of students, maintaining campus security and stability. Crisis events appear in the students, instructors are often the first time received the news, the first direct response to the crisis, has an important role in prevention and emergency response in the work of college students’crises. Therefore, college counselors, study the new situation of role orientation in response to the crisis of college students and working mechanism can improve the work efficiency, counselors to handle emergency crisis, has an important significance for maintaining the stable development of universities.This paper on the basis of previous studies, attempts from the angle of counselor, more comprehensive, system of counselors’ role in coping with the crisis of college students and construction of mechanism, supplement, deepen the existing view, and the depth and breadth of research theory. While it focuses on the relationship between theory and practice, giving new practical significance for the existing theory.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter embarks from the research background, study the purpose and meaning of this research; on the domestic and abroad academic achievements systematically; points out the difficulties of the chapter and the possible innovation and deficiency.The second chapter is the college students’crises and theoretical basis. This chapter first analyzes the "college students crisis" concept, types, characteristics, causes and other related content; secondly, expounds the relationship between the college counselors and responding to students’crisis, analyzes the significance of college counselors in response to the crisis; finally the introduction of crisis management theory as the theoretical basis and theoretical foundation.The third chapter is the analysis of the role of dislocation and causes of college counselors respond to students’ crises events. This chapter first describes the performance of five kinds of common college counselors’ role in students respond to crisis misplaced:"event outsider role","passive roles","one-sided deal with the role of,"asylum seekers role","professional role", and then analyzes the causes of the role of dislocation: the role of crisis management early warning mechanism of College Counselors in the weak sense of crisis management, crisis management organization system of positioning fuzzy, a deviation of the crisis management understanding, lack of quality and ability, the university crisis management is not perfect.The fourth chapter is the role orientation of college counselors respond to students’ crises, is the extension and expansion of a chapter. From a global perspective, college counselors are important composition mechanism of crisis management in universities; from the prevention stage, college counselors are university students’ideological and political attention and psychological problems of college students, answering questions is crisis prevention; from the stage to speak, college counselors are the first responders, university crisis events is the information management of crisis communication and public opinion guidance; from the recovery stage, college counselors are college students’ crises aftermath comforter, are college students’ crises management experience and lessons.The fifth chapter is the quality and ability of college counselors respond to students’ crises. These include:the quality and ability of political quality, moral quality, knowledge quality, psychological quality, physical quality and the legal quality of six kinds of quality as well as the education and guidance, investigation and analysis, the scientific management, communication and coordination, rehabilitation treatment, six kinds of ability, scientific research innovation.The sixth chapter is the research on the working mechanism of college counselors respond to students’ crises, working mechanism mainly from the emergency handling mechanism and crisis prevention, crisis early warning mechanism in front of the rehabilitation after three aspects to define the mechanism of counselor.
