Development Of Modern Distance Education And Adult Education In The Traditional Fusion

Nowadays Adult education colleges still use the traditional correspondence education as the main content. With the quickening of the pace of work and the updating mode of people’s learning and life, the correspondence education has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times, it must promptly adopt modern teaching mode, teaching the use of modern educational technology to improve the quality of teaching. So, Adult correspondence education and the integration of the modern distance education development, and actively explore new modes, new ideas, in-depth study of the higher education reform and development of China’s adult correspondence analysis, to build a socialist market economic development, to meet the needs of human resource development, in line with the world trend China’s education system has a certain practical significance.This study combines Professor Shi Zhijin’s research results of the research project2011Shaanxi Province Higher Education Reform, and carried out the study of the integration of the development of modern distance education and adult continuing education. This study first explores the necessity and possibility of modern distance education and adult continuing education fusion development, and on this basis, take Shaanxi Normal University as an example, elaborate the current status of fusion development of all colleges and universities, and proposed further integration strategy.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the preface. This part analyses the origin of modern distance education and adult continuing education fusion development, and the meaning and purpose of the study, as well as the study of the specific process.The second part is from the following aspects to analyze the need for integration: knowledge transformation, the vigorous development of the network, the system of lifelong education and learning society. Analysis of the feasibility of fusion from the adult continuing education and online education.The third part is about the fusion of the status situation, as well as the specific circumstances of Shaanxi Normal University fusion analysis from five aspects: educational concepts, teaching mode, teaching resources, teaching management, teaching evaluation.The fourth part put up with the strategy in five aspects:the changing concepts of education, to update teaching mode, comprehensive utilization of teaching resources, changes in teaching management mode, and the reconstruction quality evaluation system.
