Abstravt:This article adopts the research methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, the method of video analysis and comparative analysis and so on, by analyzing the basic distribution, age and limited age, culture level and participation in domestic competitions of Qichenghui in recent three years, at the same time, comparing qualified competition of Qingchenghui with complete action value, complete finished action and complete arrangement of action of athletes in The Youth Olympic Games. Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) the development of regional Gymnastics Reserve Personnel in our country is unbalanced, especially in the western region, only Nanning, Chengdu and Xi’an city involved; the age of participated male athletes in Qichenghui is from14to17, the average of athletes’training age is10.21years. the shortest are8years, the longest are13years. Having a look on the age and the years of training, participating athletes are basically between primary training stage and intermediate training stage; players have a low cultural level; from the times of domestic games, there are less players participate in it in recent three years.(2) young gymnastics athletes of our country in individual D are higher than the international level, showing complete movement of high value.(3) foreign players are better than our young gymnastics in completing whole actions, basic technology and basic gesture are still the problem which our youngsters need to pay attention in gymnastic and competition.(4) In arrangement of complete set of movements, free gymnastics have "Any salto backwards with3/1t" and "Any salto fwd with5/2t"2advantages of action, but there are less people beyond group C, the overall advantages of difficult moves are not obvious. In the difficulty of connection, our young gymnastic athletes have certain advantages. the pommel horse group C has a limited developing space, complete arrangement has the difficulty over group D mainly, group D of pommel horse has an obvious advantage, but it lack of difficult actions over group IIC. The Rings structure of group Ⅲ has a obvious advantages when it comes into static group D, but the strength of structural group IV and difficult value of static class are low. The most difficult of cartwheel is the "Cuervo str3/2t"of group Ⅲ, and the "Cuervo str3/2t" of group Ⅲ and the "Kasamatsu str with3/2t" of group IV are the advantaged gesture. but it lacks of difficult movement of "Double salto fwl". In parallel bars,"Healy","Tippelt"."Basket to handstand","Bhavsar ","Basket with1/2t to handstand" are the advantaged gestures of China’s juvenile gymnasts,especially in the "Underswings" of structural group Ⅳ, but it lacks of difficult action over group C in "Elements starting in upper arm position" of structural group Ⅱ. The difficult number of horizontal bars over group C is at most, the distribution from structure of group Ⅰ to IV is relatively balanced,"movement on the bar connecting flight action" stand out in connection points connected plus way,but "Markelov" and "Tkachev stretched" of structural group Ⅱ have lower request on the height of jumping.
