Theinfluence factors of Chengdu’s college stadiums opening include college’s objectiveconditions, conditions of colleges’ stadiums, ideology of colleges’ leaders, stadiums’operation methods, stadiums’ management system and the fixed price of paid openingof stadiums. It concludes the following conclusions according to the research:1. Open stadiums reasonably as much as possible on the basis of guaranteeingthe teaching, extracurricular activities and training.2. Government gives policy and funds to support college stadiums opening.3. Formulate scientific and systematic management system and apply insurancesystem to protect the safety of colleges and exercisers.4. Arrange opening time and formulate charges reasonably, extend the openingtime of night and holidays suitably.5. Introduce social management to stadium management to promote managementlevel.6. Strengthen the propaganda of stadiums to improve information managementlevel and fulfill individual demands.7. Excavate the stadiums’ potential and opening in multi-channel.
