Service-oriented government persist in taking economic construction as the center and at the same time, the provision of public services has become the key emphasis in work. Public service department, including teaching, Wen, Wei, as the subordinate concept of public sports service which is proposed. The State Sports General Administration and the Chongqing city hall to respond positively to the call of the centrk government, has introduced the ""The twelfth Five year plan "public sports facilities construction planning" and "Chongqing Sports Bureau of four initiatives to promote the balanced development of urban and rural sports" and other policy documents to support the development of public sports service. Now, public sports service has become an important part of our sports enterprise, is also a major issue in the development of sports undertakings in China face.Hechuan District of Chongqing economy is in the development stage of the increase, the development of public sports service lags behind economy, which is characteristic of most city portrayal of the southwest. Based on the present situation of public sports service in Hechuan District of Chongqing as the research object, mainly using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, data statistics, the study found:1, Hechuan district public sports service facilities have improved but there is still insufficient. Since the public sports service, Hechuan District of Chongqing public sports facilities has improved, but the site is still concentrated in schools and parks, there is insufficient in quantity and quality, at the same venue facilities maintenance measures is still blank.2, the real causes of Hechuan district residents sports participation status is not optimistic. The lack of awareness of sports has become a major factor to affect, Hechuan district residents to participate in physical exercise at the same time, affected by economy, culture is relatively backward and long life habits, the resident participation in sports is not optimistic.3, Hechuan district public sports service equalization obvious gaps between urban and rural areas, is a long-term goal. There is an obvious gap between regions, between urban and rural areas, Hechuan District propaganda in physical exercise sports information, sports organizations, sports facilities and fitness guidance provides etc; at the present stage, this difference is inevitable, the equalization of public sports service is the long-term goal of sustainable development.4, multi-channel supervision and feedback the process of equalization of public sports service escort. Residents are the expression of the relationship between supply and demand of supervision on government public sports service work feedback, conducive to scientific supply and demand.
