Along with the development of our society,the enhancement of national strength,the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's living quality,the corresponding fitness consciousness is gradually developed.In this regard,many cities are carrying out sports activities with the community as a unit.The participation and enthusiasm of residents are very high.Community sports meeting,elderly university sports meeting,city sports stadium,gymnasium and so on,are becoming a part of life in the community.In fact,city sports has gradually become mass sports,and the key components are one of the most important forms of national fitness campaign.China is in a new period of building a well-off society,and people's quality of life and cultural level have been significantly improved,so the requirements for various services are also increased.Sports is a kind of cultural phenomenon which is good for physical and mental health,and is gradually accepted by the broad masses of the people and the development of city sports has received the unprecedented attention,and it forms a boom of sports life and socialization.The economy has been developing continuously in the past few years in Laiwu,and people's material level has been improving accordingly,so the requirements for various services are increasingly high.Such important indicators measuring social development as the public sports service system are naturally within the requirements.The construction of public sports service system is mainly to implement China's overall development strategy,actively respond to national development goals,and promote the development of a harmonious society.With Scientific Outlook on Development as the guiding ideology,the law of the people's all-round development as the basis,this study,,uses the public service basic theory,public goods theory and system theory and makes a detailed research and analysis of connotation of city sports service system,so as to promote the development of public sports and make it become an indispensable part of public life and become the food of the soul of people's rich amateur life.This paper,mainly with the method of document literature,obtains a large number of related papers,the Laiwu city government documents and materials through the school library,China journal net database,website and search engine at all levels of government and the related literature research,and refers to more than twenty monographs of the relevant literature,which provides theoretical support for the implementation of the study.Laiwu and the relevant functional departments are investigated by using the method of on-the-spot investigation,including the Laiwu municipal district.The investigation includes Laiwu city residents to participate in physical exercise,sports facilities,the actual allocation of human resources and other aspects to make an analysis of the current situation and problems of public sports service.By using the method of questionnaire investigation to analyze,according to the existing data,at the same time,detailed interviews are carried out with those experts and scholars,and I systemize them again to form the research questionnaire.This study takes Laiwu city as the research object,and has a questionnaire survey of residents in Laiwu City,to learn about the present situation and existing problems of the city sports public service operation,to explore and perfect the strategy research of Laiwu city sports public services.We can perfect the construction of policies and regulations,expand the sources of sports public service funds,perfect the construction of public service of sports facilities,strengthen supervision and administration for the sports organization,improve service levels of sports instructors to improve,improve the body Public service health monitoring coverage rate,and improve the network information platform construction of sports public service and other aspects to perfect.
