Self - Concealment Vocational Students To Study The Relationship Between Stress Life Events And Subjective Well-being

Self-concealment is regarded as a kind of stable personality trait and deifned asthe active concealment from others of personal information that one perceive as anegative of distressing. This trait has generally been identiifed to be connected withpsychological health (e.g. anxiety, depression and loneliness). The purpose of thisresearch is to investigate the influence and the mechanism of self-concealment onsubject well-being in vocational school.395students were surveyed by self-concealment scale，adolescent stress scale，and subject well-being scale，the main conclusions were as follows:(1)Therewas signiifcant difference of self-concealment between male andfemale, male had higher tendency of self-concealment than female.(2)Self-concealmentwas positively correlated with stress and negative emotion.Online game addiction was negatively correlated with positive emotion and lifesatisfaction. Stress was positively correlated with negative emotion and negativelywith life satisfaction.(3)There are indirect relation between self-concealment and negative emotionthrough the mediation effect of stress. There are indirect relation betweenself-concealment and life satisfaction through the mediation effect of stress.
