| The basic education information construction of Guangzhou has rapid developmentfrom2002. The Guangzhou Municipal Education MAN basically completed, and theeducation information network has been improved. A large number of digital,networked learning resources was be constructed and put in. But the problems ofnetwork learning resources management have hindered the application and effect ofthe network learning resources teaching.The study uses survey method and content analysis of the status of basiceducation network learning resources in Guangzhou tells us some problems about basiceducation online learning resources management. The main problems include that theallocation of network learning resource is unbalanced, online learning resourceutilization is not high, the network learning access to resources is not accurate,online learning resource needs high redundancy, network learning resourcesconstruction is not standardized and so on.Response to these problems,researchers trying to find the key technologies tosolve the problem. With literature research, we know the meaning and characteristicsof cloud computing explicit. Based on the analysis of cloud computing managementadvantages of network resources for basic education, and the use of cloud computingimplementation of the strategy, we can build a cloud-based basic education networklearning resources management model. The model is divided into the infrastructurelayer, middleware layer and application service layer,and then in the cloudcomputing model based on the development of network application services.Relying on the network application services on the cloud computing model,thestudy puts forward some strategies of basic education online learning resourcesmanagement in Guangzhou. For example,network learning resources the precise servicestrategy, online learning resources area to promote strategies, network learningresources mining policy, the strategy of the heterogeneous resources integrationstrategy four strategic. As the carrier network application services described fourstrategies, three strategies do the results analyzed to verify the effectivenessof the strategy, validation results show that the application of these strategiescan effectively solve the basic education of Guangzhou the main problems in thenetwork learning resources management. |
