Based On The Cloud Computing Research Of Regional Teaching Resource Database Construction Strategy

"The outline of the national medium-and long-term program for education reform and development(2010-2020)" has clearly put forward that we should speed up the education informationalization process.As the basis work of educational information,teaching resources databases are also an important part of the digital campus construction.The application of cloud computing in education and teaching and the popularization of cloud computing in the modern educational technology in the primary school, provided technical and theoretical support for the construction of teaching resources databases in elementary and middle schools.The development and application of the"School to school (i.e. school to school network) project" and the modern distance education project in rural schools (referred to as "Rural Distance Education Project") has Improved the modern teaching equipment and environment in primary and middle schools. It also became a material foundation of the construction of the teaching resources databases. The author as the teaching coordinator of Information technology in county-level teachers’ training school and a member of master studio in the information technology subject in primary and secondary schools of Fujian institute of Education, In recent years, in order to reform the traditional way of teaching, which use a blackboard and two chalks.Many administrative departments of education,teaching and scientific research institutions and primary and secondary schools have also explored the construction of teaching resource database, However, the lack of reasonable planning and the corresponding mechanism has led to lots of problems,such as there are no corresponding uniform standards for the construction of teaching resources databases, the duplicate teaching resource constructions in the same region, and the channel for the sharing of teaching resource is not so smooth and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the construction of teaching resources databases.This paper based on the status of the construction of teaching resources databases from home and abroad, take the elementary education in Fuzhou as an example,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of teaching resources databases in primary and middle schools,puts forward some strategies based on cloud computing from school to county to city --hree-level interaction.
