This study chooses the British national curriculum of mathematics (2007) and the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard in our country as the main research content, and uses literature method, comparative method and content method to study the mathematics of key stages3between two countries.Main works:1. The British national curriculum of mathematics (2007) in key stages3.2.The macro comparative study of mathematics between British and our country, including the properties of curriculum, the main idea of the curriculum, the thinking of the curriculum and the target of the curriculum.3.The micro comparative study of mathematic between British and our country, including "number and algebra","geometry and measures","statistics".Systematically comparing national mathematics curriculum standards between the two countries, we fond:The mathematics curriculum in England requires that the students can use the ICT to solve mathematical problems; The teacher has more space to play; The access is more specific; And It pay more attention to the students’opportunity of study. On the basis of this, the mathematics curriculum standard in our country is thought and explored, and some advice was given as follow:1. According to the present situation of mathematics teaching resources in our country, in relatively developed city, let the students experience using information and communications technology to solve mathematical problems; In the underdeveloped areas, let the students experience using calculator to solve mathematical problems, or watch the teachers use information and communications technologies to solve mathematical problems;2. Pay attention to the students’dominant role and individual differences. Teach students in accordance with aptitude.3. Leave the appropriate teaching space to the teachers, according to the actual teaching, use professional knowledge and skills reasonably;4. In evaluating way diversification, the diversification of evaluation subject, teachers should combine the "score" and "comments" to evaluate.
