Under the current basic education curriculum reform tide,whether China,or the United States is in constant revision and improvement of mathematics curriculum standards.In this context,the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards of China (2011edition) had published,American common core state standards for mathematics was officially promulgated in2010.To carry out comparative study of elementary school mathematics curriculum standards of China and the United States has a realistic meaning and practical value.This thesis based on the national mathematics curriculum in China and the United States.Ⅰ select the national mathematics curriculum standards of China and the United States as a comparative object.This thesis mainly adopts the literature method,comparison method and text analysis method.A comparative study lays stress on:the stage of elementary education mathematics curriculum standard issued by the development of the people,a the development process,overall framework (period of division,content structure,introduction,objective section),curriculum content standards and so on.The content standards comparison from number and algebra, graphics and geometric,statistics and probability.From the content of standard structure,scope, specific content and so on many Angle are compared.The text on the basis of the comparison summaries the advantages and disadvantages about them. At the same time,according to specific national conditions about China,stage of elementary education mathematics course reform in our country,put forward some enlightenments:firstly mathematics course standard to concept clear and focused.Secondly mathematical curriculum standard content establishment system and gradually rise.What’s more we should integrate the ability objects and content goals In order to provide reference and reference for our country current on-going Primary school mathematics curriculum.
