Athletes in sport is a high-risk business, compared with the level of competitivesports development in our country, the employment status of retired athletes seemsincreasingly lagging behind. From theemployment situation of Anhui province excellent retired athletes, the retired athleteswork have to research and analyze the influencing factors of retired athletesemployment. Finally puts forward countermeasures, studies have the followingconclusions:1. Excellent retired athletes in Anhui province and the overall employmentsituation grim. Under the guiding role of the market, employment channels diversifiedcharacteristics, select the independent choosing athlete have occupy larger proportion.2. Excellent retired athletes age in Anhui province, they are in the differentmovement technical level of athletes age gap is larger, specially, the male features ismore evident, the men’s sports career is long than women’s.3. Excellent retired athletes in Anhui province cultural level, overall culturallevel is low, fewer graduate student culture level of athletes. They are almost allprimary school level.4. Excellent retired athletes in Anhui province work now is different from thechoice of initial employment intention, for this phenomenon, most of them wascaused by the low quality of culture.5. Excellent retired athletes cultural level is low in Anhui province, in order tosolve this problem, to build model, building principle was fostered strengths and circumvent weaknesses. With the person this operability and forward-lookingprinciples, by the building, KAS model by basic knowledge can improve the ability totarget and to achieve the goals of skills, the development of general ability of retiredathletes can improve ability with professional ability and social adaptation.6. Analysis of factors that influence the Anhui province excellent retired athletesemployment restrictions. Unemployment is mainly the sports life of the low culturalquality of the extension, lot of factors, finally and puts forward the countermeasures tosolve the problem.Based on the above research results, from two aspects of macroscopic policymainly and retired athletes themselves put forward the following suggestions:1. To strengthen their athletes ability to learn cultural knowledge, and improvethe ability to accept new things retired athletes. Use and give full play to theadvantages of professional sports. The organization relies entirely allocated onabandoned old ideas to improve their professional skills through vocational skillstraining and employment guidance and other forms of energy.For their own jobs, theycan live a life by self-employment, in order to meet employer demand for their talent.
