On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Employment Of Private College In Anhui Province

By the end of the twentieth century, the Anhui province private colleges have sprung up rapidly. They has now become an important part of higher education system in our country. However, with the rapid development of the Anhui province private colleges, there are appeared many problems and contradictions, such as the national education policy changes, ensuring teaching quality,the practical ability and social adaptation of the students.The quality of talent cultivation is the foundation of the survival and development of colleges and universities. The employment of college students is one of the main indicator of quality for talents cultivation.In recent years, as more and more Anhui province private colleges graduates entering the market, the employment problem of Anhui province private colleges has increasingly become the hot topic of social concerns. Due to its many weaknesses, the private colleges face greater pressure and challenge on employment. This article in the form of questionnaire survey, analysis private problems and the causes of the employment of the private college graduates, In order to make updating the employment of private graduates situation, and explore the ability of private college graduates in employment deeply, at last,we want to explore the graduate employment problems between the non-governmental and government university.Through investigations and studies, we will analysis the employment situations of graduates based on the part of the private colleges of Anhui province, the investigating and analysis present situations and problems of the employment of university graduates. And the article provides support for subsequent analysis and countermeasures. Finally, this paper draws out countermeasure from the government, universities and students perspective, in order to promote private college graduates employment situation of improvement.
