In2008, the Ministry of Education issued 《the Ministry ofEducation’s opinions on the "implementation of the teacher education innovationplatform projects"》(hereinafter referred to as "views"), planning for theimplementation of the Free Teacher education initiatives, to motivate teacherseducation reform and development projects, and started in six subordinates normaluniversities, meanwhile resources sharing is an important part of project construction.To make the National Teacher Training Innovation Platform fully functional andfacilitate development of teaching curriculum in southwest area, University ofSouthwest has established a "Co-construction and sharing of the Teaching TrainingCurriculum Quality Resource in Southwest area" project. In this project, severalnormal universities within southwest area co-operate on construction of teachingtraining quality curriculum resource."Shiyuan" online training platform produced byUniversity of Southwest is displayed and shared among all normal universities withinsouthwest area to promote the sustainable development of the curriculum resource. Asthe second wave of this curriculum, construction of "Biology Education in SecondarySchool" is led by Sichuan Normal University. This report is studying on theco-construction and sharing of the quality resource from "Biology Education inSecondary School" teacher training curriculums.Chapter1elucidates the background, aim and content related to the topic andintroduces general definitions of curriculum, network course and curriculum resource.Chapter2is focused on the feasibility of establishing the resource for teachertraining quality curriculum. This is discussed from three aspects. Firstly, the"Co-construction Reference of Teacher Training Quality Curriculum (network course)"proposed by the Ministry of Education analyzed and used as the main standards to establish the curriculum resource; secondly, the network course module structure andcontent of current curriculum resource–the quality curriculum "Biology Teaching inSecondary School" in Sichuan Province–is further evaluated as the essential referenceto build this curriculum resource network; finally, the theoretical basis of developingresource of "Biology Education in Secondary School" teacher training qualitycurriculum was introduced.The third Chapter aims at establishing the quality resource of "Biology Educationin Secondary School" teacher training curriculum using Tyler’s "Objectives Model".Based on the analysis above, module structure and content of the "Biology Educationin Secondary School " network course established including several modules–"Teacher’s Information","Curriculum Abstract","Teaching Contents","CurriculumResource","Interactive Platform" and "Learning Evaluation".The quality resources from" high school biology education " teacher educationcurriculum we constructed meet construction standards which is issued by Ministry ofEducation,and passed the Southwest College of Teacher Education Teacher EducationAssociation Southwest Sharing curriculum review, affirmed by experts and show onthe network platform of Southwestern University to be shared for southwest NormalUniversity.Therefore, it is of great significance for the promotion of Students trainingwith biological sciences major in southwest area of China.
