In recent years,China’s preschool education information has been continuously developed.It has become a hot topic of preschool education informationization to construct high-quality education resources and provide convenient informationization teaching service for teachers.At the same time,the number of preschool education children is growing rapidly.In order to solve the problem of children entering the kindergarten,Shanghai will add 430 new kindergartens and 8,000 new kindergarten teachers during the 12th five-year plan period.As a large number of new teachers enter the kindergarten,education management organization considers how to solve the problem of unbalanced teaching level and guarantee the quality of teaching.In this background,Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System is developed.The purpose of this system is to provide a rich curriculum for preschool education teachers and support new teachers with the wisdom of groups to carry out effective teaching.The ultimate aim is to improve teachers’ professional competence and ensure the quality of teaching.Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System was developed and used in 2013.It obtained high praise from experts and first-line teachers.It can be said that the system is in line with the current needs of kindergarten teachers.However,from the actual operation of its nearly three years,the frequency of teacher access system is not very high.Teachers also have low initiative and motivation to share their teaching design and curriculum resources through platforms in their daily work.Therefore,the main concern of this research is how to design and use the new co-construction and sharing strategy,on existing systems,to effectively mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm and improve the application effect of the Design Research on the Co-construction and Sharing of the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System.Gradually form a virtuous circle of "Construction in Use,Use in Construction",so that the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System truly become "live" repository and meet the needs of preschool teachers.In this paper,I firstly consulted a large number of literatures,analyzed the construction and operation mode of excellent education resources website at domestic and overseas.At the same time,I analyzed the construction background,construction goal and application status of the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System and carried out the survey on the application of front-line teachers.I tried to analyze the motivational factors that teachers use to the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System and design a feasible way of co-building and sharing.Then,through the design research to optimize the function of the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System and the establishment of the application operation and maintenance mechanism to realize the new co-construction and sharing method.Finally,through the application data of the platform and the survey of teachers’ use satisfaction,feedback and evaluation on the implementation effect of the co-construction and sharing design are carried out.This study combines theory with practice.By analyzing the motivation of kindergarten teachers,I designs and establishes a new co-construction and sharing model suitable for the Kindergarten Curriculum Implementation Support System.It effectively promotes the use of the system.The results of this study can also provide a reference support system model for the education repository which is the government’s leading construction.It can improve the construction and application of the system. |
