The ebb and flow of our country is connected with its education. Only setting upthe first-class education, can we bring up talented person as well as high-class country.From the emergency of the school, he has successfully united himself with the teachers,students, educational environment and other elements. The juvenile students are in needof protection in our society, and the schoolyard is their vital place for learning andliving. The realization of school safety is not only the important base of the healthydevelopment of the juvenile students, but also one of the vital tasks of protecting oursociety. Currently, our country is experiencing the deeply reform of social economicstructure. In the period of social contradiction, the occurrence of school safety is higherthan the previous year. Nevertheless, the country is in the state of both country andcountryside. Because of the geographical condition, basic essence of personnel,hardware facilities, as well as other objective conditions like guarantee measures, theoccurrence of safety problem and the hardness of solving it are much higher than thecountry school.The subject of the thesis is “the managerial research of the countryside school onthe basis of4R theory”, which is put forward by Robert Heath and is applied into theprocess of school crisis management. In the form of field survey and interview, I haveanalyzed the current situation village school’s crisis management and have found itsproblems and solutions. In addition, by doing research in the event of school emergency,I have found its reasons and offered some basic principle in the process of crisismanagement. At the same time, with the previous solutions as well as the treatmentflow in the previous three research result, I hope that all I have done could do somegood in updating the level of knowledge in the process of countryside school’s crisismanagement.
