In the era of "we-media",school crisis has become one of the hot topics of public opinion.In order to run the education to the satisfaction of the people,it is urgent to improve the level of school crisis management.At present,the domestic research on school crisis management mostly focuses on universities,colleges and secondary vocational colleges,while the crisis management of primary and secondary schools is significantly discussed.This study first after studying the existing school crisis management on the basis of literature review,select multiple crisis management analyzes typical cases of primary and secondary schools,inductive concluded that current our country middle and primary school crisis management concept needs to be updated,crisis management specialization degree is low,the crisis management information channel is not smooth,it is necessary to reform the recovery process of crisis management.Secondly,in view of the above problems,the crisis management process to optimize China’s primary and secondary schools as the goal,by Robert heath stage 4 r crisis management theory as the instruction,the crisis management of primary and secondary schools are divided into cutting,preparation,response and recovery four stages,risk assessment,crisis communication,scientific decision-making,psychological and system recovery,crisis management key link,To provide rationalized crisis management strategies for primary and secondary school teachers and administrators.This study is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background,the significance of the topic and the research design.The second part clarifies the core concepts and the theoretical basis of school crisis management.The third part analyzes the common crisis events in primary and secondary schools and sums up the problems existing in crisis management in primary and secondary schools.The fourth part,guided by 4R theory,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of crisis management in primary and secondary schools in stages. |
