With the rapid development of social economy,more and more attention has been paid to the construction and long-term development of vocational education.Vocational schools are springing up all over the society.The scale and number of students in vocational schools are also increasing day by day.Secondary vocational education emphasizes the education of mental health and ideological morality,which requires it to actively seek appropriate paths and platforms to achieve this goal.In the process of learning and growth,secondary vocational students rely on the class as the main platform.The construction of school culture in secondary vocational schools needs to start from the class culture.However,the current survival and development of schools,the construction of class culture and the development of secondary vocational students do not match,which determines the important significance of the construction of class culture.Based on the methods of literature review,questionnaire and case analysis,the author deeply analyzed and discussed the construction of class culture in Taixing secondary specialized school in Jiangsu province.First,the author collected and sorted out the relevant research results on the construction of class culture,and then made it clear that the core of this research is the construction of class culture in secondary specialized school.Then,it expounds the connotation,function and construction path of class culture in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes Jiangsu Taixing Secondary Specialized School as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of class culture in the school.The main problems include the teacher in charge has a low degree of specialization,an unbalanced cultural support system and the adoption of imperfect credit system management methods.The main reasons for these problems are that insufficient attention has been paid to the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools,the large capacity and scale of vocational classes are not conducive to the planning of class culture,the strong mobility of the teacher in charge,the quality of students to be improved,and the low degree of integration between school culture construction and enterprise culture.Based on the above problems,the author puts forward constructive suggestions and strategies for improvement,such as building a comprehensive class culture support system,vigorously carrying out school-enterprise cultural interaction activities,strengthening credit system class management,paying attention to the cultivation of students' cultural personality,innovating and rationally using class culture incentive system,etc.,and testing the actual effect of improvement strategies through practice.The author hopes that through this study,the relevant theories of constructing class culture in secondary vocational schools in China can be enriched,and at the same time some practical guidance can be provided to promote the all-round and healthy development of students with a sound class culture.
