Mathematics teaching should be under the guidance of new curriculum concept effectively. Mathematics teaching and mathematics curriculum standard existing in middle school do not adapt to the teaching idea and teaching methods. Teaching effect is low, and the influence factors of middle school mathematics effective teaching, the existence question, evaluation standard and the teaching strategy research has theoretical significance and practical value.Researching the concept of "effective teaching", combing the status quo of research on effective teaching at home and abroad, in mathematics curriculum standards advocated education idea are the guidance. The analysis of the screening of middle school mathematics effective teaching main influence factors, and through questionnaire investigation study to understand the current status of middle school mathematics effective teaching; Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and giving the influencing factors of middle school mathematics effective teaching at present; Improving the middle school mathematics effective teaching measures, and using it to improve middle school mathematics effective teaching contrast experiment, verified the effectiveness of the proposed measures; Based on the discuss the characteristics of effective teaching, puts forward some countermeasures to improve middle school mathematics effective teaching.
