Information technology already permeated to all area of society with the developing of internet information technology, human join into a new information time, and at the same time, education containely develop toward information and internet technology。Generally speaking,high vocational education resource distribution library is dominated by government,it cost billion or even millions to built a resource library,which many departments can’t make it happen. Cloud Computing provides a strong support for high vocational eduction resource library,but how to use it in a efficiency way, set up it with a high interative high utilization and normalization, it is now quite challenge.With the study of the needs of vocational education resource distribution distribution, this work carries out researches as following:First, study the needs and the current situation of high vocational education resource distribution, alanyze thefeasibility and necessity of high vocational education resource distribution with combine of cloud computing, decribethe critical technology of high vocational education resource distribution:could computing principle, structure, implementation logic, task division, resource distribution and the latest technology VMOSecond, according to the develop plan of high vocational education resource distribution, design the3layer architecture of high vocational educational resource distribution, under that architecture, it provides service for user based on platform and connectthe user and resource, the three-layer architecture of high vocational education resource distribution incoudes task division, resource division and resource distribution, given the task division,resource distribution architecture, the task division model and resource division model are proposed respectively, then priority coding after task division, function level coding after resource division, and the resource scheduling strategy is suppose to get suitable match of tasks and resources.Third this study shows the high vocational education resource distribution in details,with to help of task division resource devision and resource distribution strategy, giving a three-layer cooperation resource scheduling model, through resources scheduler, load balancer and comprehensive scheduler to achieve the scheduling of resources distribution.With the cloud computing technology of VMware, design the prototype system of high vocational education resource distribution.It also verified the user resource demand experimental environment based on cloud computing for open high vocational education resource distribution. This research work out the conduct of the initial purpose of cloud computing applications, and also build up the foundation for cloud computing for high vocational education resource distribution.
