With the development of the socialist market economy, Chinese higher education enterprise also got a very good development. Higher education has been gradually made over the past elite education to mass education. This provides the opportunity for more people want to get into university for further education. But with the difficult obtain employment issues, More and more college graduates’ employment mentality have some problems. Especially, for normal bachelor’ graduates in Anhui province every year.’Their mentality change has taken place and also has caused many problems, In the face of the increasingly fierce competition under the pressure of employment. What kind of specific measures should be taken to help them put things right to obtain good employment.This is the key to do a good job in the employment of graduates of normal work.This study is to study Anhui province of16of normal undergraduate course graduates with10of the colleges of2011university graduates1000carried on the questionnaire survey, It is to understand the current normal undergraduate course graduates in Anhui province about their mentality present situation and the existence questions, explore these problems cause, and some counter-measures also have been proposed.This study falls into five parts:The first part of this text is the introduction, including papers in accordance with the significance of the topics on the present situation and research approach and methods, the definition of the topic and related research theory basis, etc. The second part is the study of the specific conditions of the questionnaire. This is the basis for this study. But also it is the basis of finally solving the problem and putting forward countermeasures.The third part is about the existing problems of the mind of normal undergraduate course graduates in Anhui province, mainly analyze the mentality of their existing’specific problems from the cognition, emotion and social consciousness.The fourth part is to analyze the reasons of normal bachelor’s degree graduates’ mentality existing problems in Anhui province, Problems are mainly caused by the effect of the objective factors and the subjective factors. The objective aspects include the social environment, universities and family influence. Subjective aspects include the influence of their employment situation known degrees, values, bad psychological and overall quality.The fifth part is to put forward the solutions and strategies of solving mentality research of normal bachelor’s graduates that they choose occupations in Anhui province from graduate, family, universities, government and society that is basis on the previous empirical and problem analysis and the causes of the foundation. Graduates are the causes of the problems. Only let them to be better self-perception, establish social sense of responsibility. Improve their professional quality, they can better adapt to position requirements. In combination with the family, universities, government and society’s concrete implementation of the measures to form the resultant force of the solution actual problem so that can alleviate current employment mentality pressure of normal bachelor’s graduates effectively and set up the correct employment mentality pressure to the smooth employment.
