Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, and teachers are the most important human resources in the development of education. Since the central government put forward the reform of teacher education, the normal education system began to change to teacher education system. In recent years, in order to alleviate the problems of rural teachers,like unreasonable structure, occupation attraction is not strong and theoverallquality is not high , the local government adopted a lower limit measures to attract graduates to teach in rural areas. As a result,more and more non-normal graduates have entered the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers.So, there is any difference in the working condition between the non-normal graduates and normal graduates? How about the impact mechanism? The answers to these questions relate not only to the evaluation of the teachers' supplementary mechanism, but also have great practical significance for the teacher education reform in the future.This studyuse the survey data of basic education teachers in Hubei Province,focuses on teachers' working condition, study the di?fference and influencing factors of normal and non normal college graduates in "job satisfaction" and "willingness to teach" and"ability to teach", reflect on the current teacher education model and puts forward enlightenments.This study is divided into six parts:the first part is introduction, including puts forward the research problem, research purpose and significance, research design; The second part is literature review, reviewing the main research literature about the influence of teachers job satisfaction, willingness to teach and teaching ability; The third, four and five part use mixed research methods study the difference between normal and non normal college graduates. The sixth part, summarize the previous research and puts forward enlightenments.The results show that,after controlling other variables, the job satisfaction, the willingness to teach, and the ability to teach ofnormal graduates are significantly higher than non-normal graduates.The difference between normal and non-normal graduates is resulted from the cultivation process difference between normal and non-normal graduates, the low teachers' professional attraction, and the low threshold of teacher supplementary policy.Therefore, the study suggests that we should improve teacher's welfare ,enhance the professional attractiveness of teachers, standardize the entrance threshold of teachers and improve the quality of prospective teachers .
