Aggression behavior in the campus is a common social behavior which is notaccepted by most people in society.It appears that aggressiveness has no single causebut rather a number of variables affecting it.This study examines the relationshipsbetween normative beliefs about aggression, peer relationships and aggressivebehavior in order to provide intervention and prevention theory and practice supportfor the aggressive behavior in the campus.This study selected20classes from a middle school TianQiao Area in Jinan City,667students participated in this study.They were asked to answer normative beliefsabout aggression (general belief, situation-specific belief), peer relationships (peeracceptance, fear, inferiority) and aggressive behavior (physical aggression, verbalaggression, indirect aggression, anger and hostility) in order to explore therelationships between the normative beliefs about aggression, peer relationships andaggressive behaviors and the mediator effect of peer relationships. The results were asfollows:1. Junior high school, normative beliefs about aggression, general belief and situation-specific belief exist main effect on gender, which is boys significantly higher thangirls.Normative beliefs about aggression and general belief are significant differenceson grade,which is second-graders significantly higher than first-graders.2.Junior high school peer acceptance,fear and inferiority exist main effect on grade,which is second-graders significantly higher than first-graders. Peer acceptance existmain effect on gender, which is boys significantly higher than girls.3.Junior high school aggressive behaviors, indirect aggression, anger and hostilityexist main effect on grade, which is second-graders significantly higher than first-graders. Physical aggression exist main effect on gender and grade, which is boyssignificantly higher than girls, which is second-graders significantly higher than first-graders. 4.Grade and gender effects on physical aggression the interaction has an extremelysignificant.5.Junior high school normative beliefs about aggression and peer relationships havea significant predictor of effect on aggressive behaviors.And normative beliefs aboutaggression, peer acceptance, fear and inferiority have a positive predictor of effecton physical aggression, verbal aggression, indirect aggression, anger and hostility.6. Peer acceptance, fear and inferiority have significant the mediator effect betweennormative beliefs and aggression behavior.
