Aggressive behavior is a common social behavior in the adolescent period, and it influences on the individual social development. Adolescent violence becomes more and more serious, and it has brought great harm to individual, family and society. Since last century, aggressiveness researches have developed rapidly and widely in foreign countries, many researches pay more attentions to elementary school student or preschool children, but ignore the research on adolescent. Aggressive behavior is an important part in the social development of school student. It will help us to comprehend the adolescent's individual development; and also could induce the probability of aggressive behavior.A self-report assessment was used in this study to capture the characteristics of aggressive behavior in adolescent. Some affective factors, such as parent-children relation, peer relation was also tested in order to better understand the forming of aggressive behavior.670 students participate in this study, from 3 common middle school and 1 Elementary School in the district of Foshan. The results showed,1. Findings about grade differences show that, the aggressive behavior was increased by the grade. Specially, the self-abreaction behavior increased first, and then reduced.2. Boys had more physical aggression than girl, but there was no difference in other behaviors; boys in elementary school had less physical aggression than other boys, girls in elementary school had less physical aggression and self-abreaction behavior than other girls. 3. There existed the negative relationships between adolescent attachment to mother/father and aggressive behavior for girls and boys.4. Significant negative correlations were found between the peer relations and aggressive behavior, except the intimacy factor, and there were some different modes between boys and girls.5. It found that aggressive behavior was better predicted by nine factors in parent-children and peer relations and there are some difference about the index between boys and girls.
