| The problem of campus bullying has always been the focus of psychology and education circles at home and abroad.Parenting style is an important environmental factor affecting campus bullying,while empathy and aggressive normative beliefs are important internal factors affecting campus bullying.From the perspective of family influence,this study discusses the current situation and characteristics of junior middle school students’ parental rearing styles,empathy,aggressive normative beliefs and campus bullying,as well as the correlation and interaction between them,so as to comprehensively understand the internal and external factors affecting campus bullying,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and control campus bullying.This study selected junior middle school students as subjects.Using the method of overall sampling,551 sixth to ninth grade students were randomly selected from four junior middle schools in Shuangyashan City and Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province.After descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and intermediary effect test,the conclusions are as follows:1.Parents of junior middle school students usually adopt positive parenting and less negative parenting.Mothers will adopt more positive parenting and negative parenting than fathers.There are significant differences in father’s positive parenting in different grades,and there are significant differences in the dimensions of mother’s parenting style in different family locations.There are significant differences in whether father’s positive parenting,father’s negative parenting and mother’s positive parenting are single parents or not;The empathy ability of junior middle school students is at the middle level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,class cadres and single parent families;The level of aggression norm belief of junior middle school students is lower than the middle level.There are significant differences in aggression norm belief in grade,family location,class cadres and single parent families;The detection rate of bullies in this study was 32.67%,and the detection rate of bullies was19.60%.The degree of bullying and being bullied of junior middle school students were low.There were significant differences in gender,grade,family location,class cadres and single parent families.2.Correlation analysis shows that there is a pairwise correlation between junior middle school students’ parental rearing styles,empathy,aggressive normative beliefs and campus bullying and being bullied.Positive parenting was negatively correlated with negative parenting,aggressive normative beliefs,bullying and bullied behavior,and positively correlated with empathy;Negative parenting was positively correlated with positive parenting,aggressive normative beliefs,bullying and bullied behavior,and negatively correlated with empathy;There is a significant positive correlation between aggressive normative belief and bullying and bullied behavior,and a significant negative correlation with empathy;There is a significant negative correlation between empathy and bullying and being bullied in junior middle school students.3.The mediating effect test shows that parental rearing patterns can affect bullying and being bullied on campus through the chain mediating effect of empathy and attacking normative beliefs;Parents’ positive upbringing can also affect campus bullying and being bullied through the intermediary of empathy;Parents’ negative upbringing can directly predict campus bullying and being bullied. |
