This topic is about the study of problems on the drive force of music learning. Fromthe perspective of philosophy, affecting a person’s drive force of learning includs internaland external factors, and this article mainly carries on the research from internalperspective. This learning drive force system includes many essencial elements, mainlyincluding the motivation, interest, efficiency, will, character, emotion, and various elementsplay different roles.The research is based on educational theory, with the method of questionnaire, casestudy, literature research and comparative research, analyses the reasons of lacking thedrive force of music learning for technical secondary school students, and puts forwardsome strategies and solutions combined with personal working practice.The main contents of this thesis:The first chapter: mainly elaborates the basic concept of the driving force of musiclearning, and the theoretical and practical significance of the research;The second chapter: mainly discusses the theoretical basis for the research, andelaborates its role on the drive force of learning music from the aspects of motivation,interest, self-efficacy, will power and emotional power;The third chapter: mainly investigates and surveys the basic conditions of the drivingforce of music learning for specialized secondary school students in Shandong provinceand analyzes its reasons;The fourth chapter: focuses on the countermeasures and suggestions to solve theproblems.Being based on theory and practice, focusing on the future and prospectiveconsideration is the guiding ideology of this research, and finding the problem, analysesthe problem, solving the problem and seving the practice is the ultimate goal of theresearch. I hope the results of this study can take effect on improving music learning inoccupation schools.
