On the one hand,secondary vocational technical school teachers work very hard, pressure big,heavy duty, the demand is high, on the other hand, relatively low wages,welfare is bad, This has brought great pressure to the occupation of teachersin Secondary Vocational Schools.This occupational stress research is done between more than two hundredteachers from four of twelve secondary vocational schools in Ordos with scaling method.research shows that secondary teachers’ job pressure hasincreasingly serious potential. This not only serious impact on the secondaryteachers’ physical and mental health, and also make the students and teachers’development has been greatly hinder. So teachers in secondary vocationalpressure research, and then we study the formation of burnout factors andintervention strategy is very necessary.This article In view of the current secondary vocational technical schoolsare under the new situation, the new question, as well as in the teachers’incentive existing in the course of mental health education issues, from theschool management psychology and modern psychological health educationrelated theory, will mainly from adhere to the people-oriented, to satisfy the demands and construct campus culture construction three aspects analyzes theincentive strategy.
