Based on this, usingthe method of questionnaire, literature method, comparativestudy method and other research methods, research status,performance, causes of secondary vocational school teachersoccupation burnout in Guiyang city. Conclusion: OccupationBurnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools of Guiyangcity gradually is obvious, in the medium level. Teachingsubjects, the level of wages, title and not influence the main reason occupation burnout; gender, age, educational background,age, marital status had a certain influence on the occupationburnout, but the impact of occupation burnout of middle schoolteachers’ occupation Guiyang City, the most serious reason iswhether bear head. In conclusion, the author, through theinvestigation and study, analyzes the reasons of occupationburnout, and put forward the countermeasure. The author hopesthat this study can make the medium occupation school teachersbecome beneficiaries of Guiyang City, also hope that throughthe research can provide some reference to the relevantcompetent department manager.
