The junior middle school is the key period for students’ morality and the formation of thevalue concept, Sue Home Linsky,the great educator said:" only the personality can affect thedevelopment of personality and provisions, only the character can develop the character"[1]inthe background of current "personality education", the main position of moral education ofjunior high school, Ideological and moral lessons,it’s particularly important, but the scientifictheory knowledge chang into students’ correct thought and behavior, it should rely on theteaching of ideology and Morality Course--Ideological and moral teacher, because theirpersonality is an example, it can produce the positive guidance function to the student, theinfluence on students is profound. This research will set forth the connotation of the ideologicaland moral teacher’s personality charm deeplyand the influence of the ideological and moralteacher’s personality charm of junior middle school to students,and will be aimed at the currentsituation of junior high school ideological education, and willgive some advice to improve theJunior Ideological and moral teachers personality. The study will try to make the JuniorIdeological and moral teachers recognize their own personality education power, be willing toimprov their personality charm. The research will also provide theoretical and practicalreference for improving the ideological and moral teacher’s personality charm, especially in thecurrent background of the Eighteenth National congress clearly putting forward the essential taskof education is cultivating students’ morality, to excavate and realize the unique value of theideological and moral teacher’s personality charm, to have a profound significance forcomprehensive implementation of quality education.This research will use the literature research method, investigation method, case trackingguidance method, case study method, experience summary method and action research method,to do a more in-depth study for the current the ideological and moral teacher’s personality charmof junior middle school, it will be expected at the depth, breadth, credibility and effectiveness ofthe study to realize the greater breakthrough.The ideological and moral teachers will recognizethe connotation of their own personality charm and the great influence on students, and willcarry out the spirit of the new curriculum reform, and will pay attention to people-oriented,moral education first, use the advanced education idea to guide the students, use the noblemorality to inspire the students, improve heir own comprehensive quality consciously andactively to positive the energy release of the personality charm, bring strong shock to thestudents’ hearts,only in this way, so that moral education can truly play its due function ofeducating people, and promote the development of students’ personality and learning better.In the future the research of the ideological and moral teacher’s personality charm should be placed on an important position of the teachers’ quality and teachers’ developmentresearch,and should advocate the research of Ideological and moral teachers ’ personalityopularization and application,and make the ideological and moral teachers know the rearch ofthe teachers’ personality problems, clear the importance of personality model in teaching thenimprove their occupation personality charm consciously, so that the ideological and moralteachers will suit their current roles better,develop the education purposes of the students’moral.The researcher believes that in the future the research of the ideological and moral teacherspersonality should be strengthened in the following aspects: The first, should pay attention toreveal the inherent mechanism of moral personality of teachers to students, and put forwardfeasible intervention measures; The second, the research of Ideological and moral teachers’personality charm should keep pace with the times, different times, different meaning;The third,the research of the ideological and moral teachers’ personality charm will study oncharacteristics of students of different learning period, so that the research on teachers’personality aspects of the more detailed, more comprehensive, more in-depth.
