Along with the changes of social and times,the developing of reforment and opening up and the market economic,the implementation of the one-child policy,modern junior middle school students’ ideological and moral have an great development but also have some problems. They are rebellious,lack of collective ideas,self-centered and so on.The formation of Junior middle school students’ ideology and moral character is affected by many factors.In the Junior high school age,they always contact with their teachers and classmates,and one of the biggest influce factors on their ideological and moral cultivation is their teacher in charge,which is decided by the position attribute of the teacher in charge.They are the closest and most trusted person of Junior middle school students. And now the junior middle school teacher in charge is generally adhere to the principle of “three years”.So a charismatic teacher in charge has an big affect on Junior middle school student,whose body and mide is in a stage of rapid development.The charm of teacher are”ethics”and”ability”.Germany mainly refers to teacher,including the firm political belief, teacher’s love,tolerance and understanding to the students.The charm of class teacher refers to the teacher’s talent and temperament.The inner cultivation of teacher are the external qualities professional knowledge.The teacher’s”ability”refers to the mangement of a teacher.Including the method of class management and the language.A charsmatic teacher must be able to creat a unity and cooperation,postive class.Teacher s“ethics”influence the political goals of junior middle school students to establish the correct and the”big love”spirit,love others,love the collective,love the country.The”talent”charm can affect the students’ postive,ideals and goals.’Teacher”ability”charm can let students live in a democracy and friendly group of people,and cultivate the spieit of unity and cooperation.Middle school is a critical period of the foemation of the students’ morality,how to educate and influence perferably the junnior middle school students’ ideolojical and moral formation and development is a top of concern to everybody.Ability to influce the moral cultivation,profession knowledge,profession ability to junnior middle school students ideological and moral aspects of the moral cognition,moral feeling,moral will and moral behavior of the influence is very import.In this paper,from the analysis of the development of junnior high school students and junior hign school students ideological and moral teacher personality charm,the currect situation of the development of the content and the influence on the formation of the moral personality of junior high school students to analyze the importance of teacher personality charm,so as to promote the formation of moral character of middle school students.
