With the further development of basic education curriculum reform, effective teaching theory and practice has attracted much attention. The effectiveness of ideological and political teaching has great influence on the new curriculum implementation results and students’learning efficiency. The research on the effective strategy of the political lesson teaching can check and improve the inefficient political lesson teaching and is also conducive for teachers to modify the teaching concept, teaching mode and create teaching strategy. It can promote the research on thought political lesson teaching effectively and promote ideological and political teachers’professional development. At present, problems still exist in the effectiveness of the thought political lesson teaching. This article starts from the perspective of the effectiveness implementation in high school political lesson teaching, and do some survey to the practice school (the Second High School of Yingkou Development Zone) students from which we get the result that the evaluation from the students on the thought political lesson is very low, on the basis of the analysis of relevant data. Therefore it is meaningful to strengthen the thought political lesson teaching effectively. Though my teaching time is not long, I would like to discuss how to improve the learning interest of the students in political lesson from the perspective of front-line teachers, and how to create teaching context to stimulate students interest in learning, and also carefully design a strategy on the implementation of effective teaching.Ideological and political education has the nature of the basic Marxist theory education, helping students set up the scientific world outlook as well as the outlook on life and values. Through ideological and political education to the students, it aims to realize the students’all-round development in knowledge, ability, emotion, attitude and values. To strengthen the study of the effective teaching strategy on thought political lesson is requirement of the nature of this course. Therefore, in the teaching practice, on the one hand, we need to teach students on both the knowledge teaching and ability training; on the other hand, we must promote the students’three dimensions development. The nature of this course requires improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education so that to promote the harmonious development of the students. This article focuses on the effectiveness of the high school political lesson teaching strategy, mainly through the discussion of the effective teaching implementation strategy in the high school politics course. Firstly, it states the connotation of effective teaching and effective teaching in high school political lesson as well as the standard of the high school political lesson’s effective teaching, and then studies the invalid teaching situation and demonstrates the significance of effective teaching according to the status of the invalid teaching by comparison. At last, the essential task is to state the investigation on the high school political lesson teaching effective strategies. It mentions five high school political lesson effective teaching strategies, and carefully introduce each strategy. This paper derives man’s free all-round development theory and scientific concept of development of people-oriented thought essence from the Marxism to study of the effective teaching implementation strategy of the high school political lesson. The high school political lesson effective teaching implementation strategy proposed in this paper is based on the teaching goal setting, and this paper combines the effective teaching strategies with the high school political lesson teaching practice, calling for the implementation and application of the efficient teaching strategies.
