Effectve teaching strategy is based on the development of students, aiming at that the students can make great progress in their life-long learning. It emphasizes the combination of teaching efficiency, teaching effect and teaching benefit. The goal of effective teaching strategy is in agreement with the aims and the theories of the revoluton of new curriculum. So during the practice of carrying out the revolution of new curriculum, how to carry out more effective teaching strategy to improve the students'development is becoming more important.This thesis is going to probe into the effective teaching strategy of ideology and politics teaching in senior high school in dealing with the current problems in it. And it is guided by the theories of new curriculum and based on the teaching theories of ideology and politics teaching in senior high school. The writer will combine the research production of effective teaching strategy at home and abroad and case teaching in this thesis to reach this goal.This article is going to research into the practice of effective teaching in ideology and politics teaching in senior high school. The content is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the basis of this thesis, which explains the definition and the properties of effective teaching , the meaning of effective teaching and the basis of effective teaching,etc. The first chapter will lay a foundation to the next two chapters.The second chapter points out the current problems in effective teaching in the practice of ideology and politics teaching in senior high school. That is, the uncertainty of teaching aims, the vagueness of relationship in teaching, the simplicity of teaching methods, the utilitarian of teaching evaluation and the lack of scientific application of teaching aids. This chapter will analyse the causes of these problems from the sides of teachers, students, schools and teaching contents.The third chapter is the body of this thesis. It's going to probe into the practice of effective teaching in classes of ideology and politics teaching in senior high school. It puts forward the principles of effective teaching, the methods of practising effective teaching and how to realize effective teaching by setting the teaching aims, the application of teaching methods, the choices of teaching multimedia and the master of teaching management.
