This thesis is about the conflict between teachers and students in the perspectiveof educational ethics. Education has always played an important role in all aspects ofthe humans, which is related to ethics closely. During the period of social transformation,education faces great challenge although it’s thought to be pure. Many terrible casesand reports on teachers and students shocked us, especially the conflict between them.As the main part, the teachers have to deal with the new problems rationally andmake sure the education is moral. The conflict between teachers and students is a specialexisting form of their relationship. It not only makes a real difference in the physicaland mental state of teachers and students, but also has an underestimated impacton the development of the teaching in class and the actual effect of the education inschool. It attracts the attention of the humans day after day. As the development ofthe politics and economy of the society, plenty of the immoral social phenomenon andculture consciousness have a bad effect on teachers and students, so the conflict betweenteachers and students has appeared frequently. Though we’re always thinking theeducation is good, both teachers and students have lots of evil behaviors in schooleducation nowadays, what makes us think deeply is there are a large number of theproblems existing in the relationship between teachers and students to solve in reality,that’s why many people continue asking whether the education is good or evil.The author has researched and analyzed the situation of the conflict between teachersand students according to the junior high school that she has visited, and she adoptedmany methods to understand the phenomenon, such as, interviews, questionnaires,document analysis and so on. She inspected the causes of the conflict between teachersand students as well as gave the reasonable methods and propositions. In order tofind the intension of the conflict, the author analyze the principle of educational ethics,including people oriented, harmonious development and democratic consultation; toadjust the conflict by the category of educational ethics, including fair, humanity andreason; to grasp causes of the conflict by studying the junior high school; to sum upthe strategies to avoid the conflict.In the author’s opinion, if people analyze the conflict between teachers and students from the view of the construction of the educational ethics, fundamentally it will behelpful to evolve the education into a real good one bit by bit. It will be a paradisefor students to get knowledge and grow up, a heaven for teachers to teach and offer.In this way, the teachers and students can think for, forgive and get on well witheach other, and deal with the relationship between each other rationally and consciously,and restrain what to do and speak in autonomy and heteronomy. It will reduce evenavoid the phenomenon. The relationship between them will be closer and closer. Ifpossible, the wonderful dreams that people have about education will come true finallyone day in condition of the right person in the right place at the right time.
