Mathematics knowledge contains very strong logic and consiste ncy. It strongly contacts with other subjects and realistic. Therefor e, the function of learning transfer in students learning process is more and more outstanding. Moreover, in the high school mathematics e ducation, positive transfer is a part of quality education indispensa ble important contents. To analysis from the view of the interactions between teachers and students, the improvement of the students’posi tive transfer ability can reduce the psychological pressure to both t eachers and students and promote the improvement of students’ life qu ality. To analysis from the characteristics of mathematical subject, mathematics learning depends on students’understand, memory, migrat ion and application of the previous conclusion through strong logical reasoning ability and abstract epitome ability. Therefore, the reaso nable use of migration rule in mathematics teaching can improve teach ing efficiency and students’learning ability. To analysis the propos ition tendency of the university entrance exam, in recent years, the questions of university entrance exam appeared in innovation. The str ength of the students’positive transfer ability is the key to solve this kind of new topic.The methodology of this article is questionnaire. The questionnaire ch ooses two samples from eight classes entering the high school in2009. One of them is key class, the other is regular class. Both of the sam ples include50students. Hopefully, through the research of this article the positive transfer application in the teaching can be promoted. By this way, teachers can teach easier and students can learn more happily. The results of the research show that:(1) By the application of the teaching idea of migration learning, stu dents’scores are increasing, the comprehensive ability is also si gnificantly improved. Students are very glad to accept the method of migration learning to gain the improvement of the mathematics s tudy.(2) Use the migration to organize teaching can improve students’mig ration capabilities. The teachers’active guide to students of makin g analogy, induction, evolution and restructuring of the knowledge is an effective way to improve students’migration ability.(3) Mastery of basic knowledge is a prerequisite of the migration. Ba sic knowledge is the growing point of the migration, and the improvem ent of migration capabilities is helpful to the mastery of basic know ledge. They are complementary to each other. (4)"Research learning" as a kind of habit learning is more favorab le to the formation of the migration consciousness. It can essentiall y promote the migration production. From the comprehensive view, insi st such kind of teaching will bring positive effects to students’ mat h study inevitably. Through the migration in the learning activities, the students’potential of learning mathematics can be totally expl oited, the students’ self ability to absorb knowledge can be cultivat ed. It is beneficial to student’s lifelong development. As both the s upervisor and the tutor to the students, teachers should commit to me mory that the development of abilities is more significant than achie vement of the knowledge. Teachers should permeate migration thought a ctively in every link of teaching, and really carry out the saying th at "better to teaching fishing, than offer fish"...
